DELIVERY INFORMATION

All items are Made-to-Order within 1- 4 weeks in our Sydney based studio (unless specified as Ready-to-Ship).

When production is complete your order will be dispatched using the shipping method you select at checkout.

Sometimes we have items in stock (check the Ready-to-Ship section for in stock items which can be shipped within 72 hours). 

If you need your item in a rush or by a specific date, please get in touch and see if we can make your deadline (we usually can!)

You will receive a tracking number via email once your item has shipped. All shipments require a signature on delivery.

NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING RATES & TIMEFRAMES

AUSTRALIA POST EXPRESS | $10.00 | 3-8 business days

DHL EXPRESS COURIER | $25.00 NZD | 1-2 business days

Delivery time frames are estimates provided by the postal company to Metro Areas. Rural deliveries may take longer.

Alexandra Dodds is not responsible for late deliveries caused by the postal system, delays through customs, items lost or damaged in transit.

TAXES & DUTIES

All New Zealand sales include all taxes and import duties, this includes items valued over $1000 NZD.

Items over $1000 NZD will be sent via DHL express & we will prepay all GST & import duties, so you don’t have to worry about any additional costs upon arrival into New Zealand.

Items over $1000 NZD value will require a customs client code for entry. We recommend doing this before your item ships to avoid any custom delays. Details can be found here.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Items may be returned for an exchange or credit note within 14 days of purchase.

Exchange requests are subject to the availability & at the discretion of Alexandra Dodds.

Credit notes will be valid for 6 months from issue date.

Shipping costs and custom duties will not be refunded or credited.


CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in it’s unworn original condition with original packaging.

When returning items by post please use an express & traceable service, carefully packaged, as Alexandra Dodds will not be responsible for items damaged, lost or delayed in the post.

Return shipping costs and any custom duties incurred will be at the expense of the customer.

Sale items, items purchased in conjunction with a promotion or coupon code, customised, resized or commissioned items are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.

Earrings can not be exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

CHANGES + CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to change or cancel an order, you must contact us at hello@alexandradodds.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

Orders can not be cancelled after production has begun and any changes after 24 hours may incur a fee.

Sale items are final sale and can not be cancelled after purchase is completed.
