Alexandra Dodds is based in Sydney Australia. All orders and transactions are covered by Australian law and in Australian dollars (AUD).

Alexandra Dodds accepts payment via Direct Debit, Credit Card & Paypal.

All credit card transactions are securely processed by Stripe.

PRODUCT DETAILS

Every effort has been made to portray our products as accurately as possible. All images on alexandradodds.com are a representation of the product- actual finishes and colours of metals and gemstones may vary depending on your computer screen. Most pieces are hand carved and will bare unique characteristics, while staying true to the style of the piece.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are issued in Australian dollars (AUD), for use on the Alexandra Dodds website only (alexandradodds.com). Gift cards are activated from time of purchase and expire within 6 months of purchase date.

CREDIT NOTES

Credit notes are issued in Australian dollars (AUD), for use on Alexandra Dodds site only (alexandradodds.com). Once issued, credit notes expire after 3 months unless specified otherwise.

DISCOUNT CODES, SALE ITEMS AND PROMO CODE OFFERS

Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers or promotions. Offers cannot be applied to previous purchases. Discounts are applied before shipping and tax.Unless specified, sale and promotions are valid for a limited time only. Items purchased outside of this timeframe are sold at full price.

COMPETITIONS

The following conditions apply to gift cards issued through competitions held on social media:

Prize offered as online store gift card.
Gift cards are valid for 3 months from date of issue.
Whole or partially redeemed gift cards cannot be cancelled or refunded.
No refunds or exchanges on items purchased with gift cards issued from competitions.
You must be over the age of 18 or have parental consent to enter our competitions.
Gift card must be used in one transaction.
To be used on full price items only.
